NTP Software Storage Billing System™ Family of Products has three billing options:

• Fixed Allocation - the customer is charged a fixed amount that represents the cost of the storage allocated for their use. If they sign up for 10 terabytes, they are charged for 10 terabytes. They can use some of it, all of it, or none of it and the bill is the same.
  
• Actual Use - users are charged for their actual consumption from a general pool of storage, either by some sort of average measure, or based on data gathered at fixed periods of time.
  
• Hybrid - users pay a fixed amount at a lower rate based on a guaranteed commitment to a specific amount of storage, and then pay a higher rate if they use more than the committed amount. (Some may recognize this as being the same as a cell phone billing plan).

It accommodates monthly as well as configurable periodic billing. In addition, you can preview summary and detailed data on-line as needed.
