When there is a problem, large or small, you need to have the right tool to get it resolved. It is for this reason that we have done a major upgrade to the NTP Software Support Portal. Easy to find at support.ntpsoftware.com, you just need to use the log-in credentials sent to you when you purchased our products. If you don't have yours you can get them by sending an email to support@ntpsoftware.com.

Among the numerous self help features are a searchable knowledge base as well as access to our latest manuals, white papers, product datasheets and technical notes. With these resources you can very likely find the information you need or the answer you seek.

Our philosophy is that if you can get what you are looking for yourself it will often better serve your needs than waiting for someone else, even if it is a short wait, to provide it for you.

But there are still cases where you may want our technical intervention. For these situations you can also use the Support Request Form to let our Support Department know that you have an issue. Send the issue details and contact information and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

We strive to help our customers get the most out of their investment in our solutions. That is why we will continually work to improve our Support Portal.
