One of the frustrating things about calling any support service is that often they initially ask more questions than give answers. At NTP Software, we want to give answers, so please help us. In order to focus on an issue, please have the following three items available to put us all on the same page and yield a more focused and easier resolution:
- The NTP Software products and revisions you are using, including your NTP Software license keys or product serial numbers
- The storage types and models within the environment that are being supported by NTP Software
- Run the NTP Software Gather File (see below) and send it to NTP Software Support prior to the call so we have the system details needed to more quickly pinpoint the issue.
- Please contact NTP Software Support to obtain ntpgather.exe
- Once downloaded, execute the file and follow its instructions. Files will be saved to c:\ntplog, and you will send back the folder in .zip format to support@ntpsoftware.com

As an EMC Select Partner, NTP Software is participating in the Select Road Show program, a multi-city tour spanning across the United States. The Road Shows are designed to engage the EMC field sales teams with Select Partners who sponsor each city.
